Radio frequency identification, or RFID, is a generic term for technologies that use radio waves to automatically identify people or objects. There are several methods of identification, but the most common is to store a serial number that identifies a person or object, and perhaps other information, on a microchip. Scarta smart cards use the same RFID technology to mark attendance of users.
Cloud storage means "the storage of data online on the cloud," wherein a company's data is stored in and accessible from multiple distributed and connected resources that comprise a cloud. Cloud storage is a service model in which data is maintained, managed and backed up remotely and made available to users over a network, in this case the network is the internet. All the data that is entered in Scarta is backed up on the cloud servers, so nothing is ever lost and it can be made available all the time.
